FUSION RESTAURANT PASSED MY TEST!
A restaurant that sells!
My wife and I were headed to a restaurant recently and while walking to it in a strip center off Huebner road, we ended up walking past a restaurant we had not yet heard of, Fusion. We looked at the menu posted outside and within about 60 seconds, a waiter came out and started telling us about the items on the menu with intriquing detail. Upon me telling him it was my Wife’s birthday and it would be her decision where she wanted to eat, he excused himself to let her make the decision, only to return within about 20 seconds with a glass of wine for her as a gift.
Needless to say, We entered the restaurant, had a spectacular meal, and time. The owner visited our table no less than 3 times and we had out standing service from our waiter. This could be the end of the story but it is not. We were served french onion soup as a part of the experience (it was not on the bill), My wife was given a piece of cake as part of the experience and we tasted over 4 different types of wine as part of our experience (none of this on the bill). The bill was $60.00 and I have paid double for much less. I am sold, my wife is sold and we hope Fusion is around for many years.
The Verdict: Fusion is in an ok location with a great internal image and fantastic food. Best of all, they have dramatic difference! You have a 370% greater chance of success and profitability by having dramatic difference. In a sea of same, find out what is common and routine and make it remarkable and people will remark! I just did.
