How to sell your business for a premium

San Antonio — September 20, 2006 — Conceived by Dr. Tom McKaskill, who built and sold 4 companies in the United States, is now Australia’s best known entrepreneurship educator. Tom’s partner Patrick Thean will be teaching this break thru course for the first time in Texas on April 6th.

The one day course, hosted by local Entrepreneur and CEO of Sales by 5, Erik Darmstetter, teaches you how to position your company for a future sale and get the highest possible price. You will also learn how to use the right advisors to maximize your deal.

Based on his own extensive experience and refined through his work with entrepreneurs, Dr McKaskill wrote the book “Selling Your Business for a Premium”, which the course is based on. The first event taught in the USA was last summer to a sell out crowd in Washington DC. Most of the attendees were companies who brought their executive team and left with the ability to conceive a 2 year plan on executing a sale and finding strategic buyers.

The Presenter, Patrick Thean, is a serial Entrepreneur who has started and exited multiple technology start up as well as served on a number of their boards.
