From leading 70 sales reps as a Vice President of Sales & Marketing at one of the largest imprinted sportswear companies in the US, to his entrepreneurial success in building one of Texas largest advertising design firms, Erik has established himself as a rare commodity with a golden touch for increasing sales.

History

CEO Erik Darmstetter’s Entrepreneurial vision has won him the Ernst & Young title of Entrepreneur of the Year, San Antonio Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, and all started with Junior Achievements Best Salesman in the state of Texas. His work since 1986 has put his name on over 100 local & national design awards.

The business relationships Erik has built over the years include working with the NCAA Final Four Basketball Tournaments, Rotary International, Jose Cuervo, The San Antonio Spurs, and the Spectrum Clubs.

Erik continues to speak on topics of increasing sales, the development of warm leads (marketing), corporate alignment, internal & external branding, and customer service.

Erik has served on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Sports Foundation, the 1998, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 NCAA Final Four local organizing committee and is the Young Entrepreneurs Organization’s past president, as well as past board positions with City Year, SME, YEO/EO, and Rotary.

Erik is a certified coach of 5 years for Gazelles Inc. Erik and Nan Palmero are two of very few certified Coaches in Eureka Winning Ways and Eureka marketing.
